"This might be the only review I have left that I wish I could leave 6 stars. Great customer service here. I was new to the area and typed in insurance near me (I know, not conventional but hey what else can ya do when you're new to the area???) Anyways this wasn't the first place I called. I called another State Farm agent. The phone kept ringing and ringing and ringing. Enough of that, I went back to the list and clicked the next one. Hannah answered after the second ring. Her voice was warm and inviting. When you just moved to a brand new place on the other side of the country, that's exactly what I needed. The policy was fair and Hannah even went through multiple options to meet my needs exactly. She never once seemed annoyed with my questions or hesitated to provide any additional information. I don't know Craig personally but his staff runs his office superbly. Needless to say, Craig Perry's office fulfilled every need I had and even added a bonus on there with a gift card they sent me in the mail to use at a local restaurant. I have never been more pleased with switching insurances and if I could do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing. It all worked out perfect. We ended up putting up more of our own money beyond the deductible and Craig really stepped up for us and was able to get State Farm to see that what we had done was part of what should have been covered.
